Chris Brown and rapper Offset went to war on social media on Thursday, with the Migos rapper threatening to beat Chris if the pair met up in person.
Like all drama in 2019, the encounter started over a meme.
Yes, a meme.
Chris posted this meme mocking 21 Savage's UK arrest by immigration police, dubbing a British rap over a 2016 cypher.

While many thought it was funny AF, Offset got touched and called out Chris.
Responding to the video he wrote: "Meme's ain't funny, lame."
Chris' clapback was a little more lengthy

BeBe Rexha took a stand against trolls bashing Demi Lovato over her 21 Savage tweet.
On Sunday, Lovato, 26, caught flack on social for writing, “So far 21 Savage memes have been my favorite part of the Super Bowl.” Soon after, she deleted her Twitter account and apologized on her Instagram story.
21 Savage, whose real name is Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Sunday for allegedly overstaying his visa.
In response to the trolls slamming Lovato and mentioning her overdose, Rexha, 29, attempted to shut it all down.
“To all the people who who talked s–t to Demi you’re F—KIN DISGUSTING. Attacking someone that is 6 months sober about her personal issues with drugs and mental health over a tweet is LOW,” the singer ranted.
Chris Brown has released a Paris edition of the "This Bitch Lyin'" tee from his clothing line, Black Pyramid—seemingly alluding to the woman who accused him of rape in Paris earlier this week.
Brown originally launched the "This Bitch Lyin'" shirts in 2016, following his arrest on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after aspiring model and actress Baylee Curran accused the singer of pointing a gun at her and demanding she leave his home after she began inspecting a piece of jewelry. Those charges were later dropped.
As previously reported, Brown and two members of his entourage were arrested in the French city on Monday (Jan. 21), after a 24-year-old woman alleged she had been sexually assaulted by all three men. The singer was released 48 hours later with no charges and approval
Julia Michaels shares new song 'Anxiety' ft Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez and Julia Michaels croon about angst on a new track, "Anxiety," from Michaels' "Inner Monologue Part 1."
"My friends, they wanna take me to the movies, I tell 'em to (expletive) off, I'm holding hands with my depression," Michaels, 25, sings. "And right when I think I've overcome it, anxiety starts kicking in to teach that (expletive) a lesson."
"Feel like I'm always apologizing for feeling like I'm out of my mind, when I'm doing just fine," 26-year-old Gomez sings. "And my exes all say that I'm hard to deal with, and I admit, it's true."
Gomez opened up about the work and her "soul sister" Michaels on her Instagram Thursday, sharing a photo with the singer/songwriters' lips pressed against her
WOW!!!! Here’s some good news..
It looks like Katy Perry’s collaboration with Zedd will finally see the light of day. They have registered a track called “365” with Universal Music Publishing Group and Stan Twitter has settled on a release date of February 7. (I can’t see any valid receipts for that date).
It would be perfect timing, however. The German DJ is performing at Coachella in early April and we all know how much acts like to bring out a special guest. And who is more special that the “Bon Appetit” queen? Rumors of a potential collaboration first gained traction when Zedd joined Katy on the Australian leg of the Witness World Tour in late 2018.
“I’m always relatively open about the fact that I make a lot of music with people,” the German DJ said in an interview. “It doesn’t alw
